Documents supporting your application
Find out the types of documents we'll accept. You won't need to send us everything listed on this page. We'll tell you what we need in the letter we send you after you submit an application.
Verifying your documents
All documents you post in the mail must be verified copies.
If you send your documents online using Connect, only evidence of who you are needs to be verified.
Processing your documents
It can take longer to review your documents in February and March, due to the high volume of applications during these times. Processing times can also vary throughout the year.
We need to receive and process all your documents and information to make a final decision about your application. Send us your documents as early as you can so we can do this in time for your study start date.
Make sure your documents are clear and readable, and that any identity documents have been verified.
Access to MyStudyLink
You’ll be able to access MyStudyLink once we’ve confirmed your identity or processed your identity documents. It’s a good idea to send these documents when you first apply.
We’ll let you know as soon as you have access.
Documents showing in MyStudyLink
Once you’ve uploaded your documents, they’ll show in the ‘Documents Received’ section of MyStudyLink within 48 hours. This doesn’t mean we've processed them yet.
We’ll let you know if we need anything else.
