Child moves childcare providers
If your child moves to another childcare provider or programme you must tell us straight away.
How to tell us
- Complete the Childcare Assistance - Change of circumstances form (you'll need to complete a form for each child)
- Get your childcare provider to sign the form.
- If you or your partner are studying, your education provider will also need to sign it.
- Log in to Connect and upload your form and documents.
Already moved provider
If the changes have already happened, you also need to email us with 'Childcare & OSCAR Subsidy' as your topic, or call us so we can stop paying the old provider. If you don't let us know, you may get a debt.
