Manage your RealMe account details

You can change your:

• contact details, eg mobile number, email
• username
• password
• secret PIN, or add one
• security questions

To change any of these:

1. Go to Login on the top-right corner – select Manage my login.
2. Enter your username and password and select 'Login'.
3. Select what you want to change and follow the instructions.

If you have second factor authentication set up on your account, you’ll need to have access to your registered device to make changes to your account.

1. Go to Login on the top-right corner – select My Verified Account.
2. Enter your username and password and select 'Login'.
3. On the ‘Your identity’ section, if there’s a:
   • green tick – your identity information has been verified
   • orange arrow – your application is in progress
   • empty white box – you don’t have a RealMe verified identity.
