Not meeting course requirements
If you're not meeting your course requirements, your payments could stop.
Your obligations
You need to meet your course requirements by:
- attending classes, lectures or tutorials
- submitting your work for assessment.
Your education provider will tell us if you're not meeting these requirements.
What you need to do
Contact your education provider.
Effect on payments
Your payments will stop from the date your education provider tells us you're not meeting course requirements. We'll send you a letter to let you know your payments have stopped.
If you haven't been meeting them for a while, you may have a debt that you'll have to pay back.
Restarting your payments
Once your education provider confirms to us that you're meeting your course requirements, we can restart your payments.
Usually, your payments are restarted from when you start meeting your requirements again, but it depends on your circumstances.
