Changes when you get a childcare payment from us
If you get a Childcare or OSCAR Subsidy, you need to tell us straight away if something changes in your life as it can affect how much childcare we pay.
What you need to tell us about
We need to know if:
- your or your partner's income changes
- the number of hours you or your partner work, train or study each week changes
- your child stops attending childcare
- your child moves to another childcare provider
- there's a change to the number of hours your child attends childcare
- your relationship status changes, eg you become single or are now in a relationship
- you have another child
- a child is no longer in your care
- the reason why you get a payment changes, eg your health improves or you stop working or studying
- your child now needs before, after-school or holiday care
- your child starts or stops receiving 20 Hours ECE
- you want to have another child in childcare
