You must meet the passing requirements to be able to get another Student Allowance and Student Loan.

There's a limit to how long you can get a Student Allowance for and how many Student Loans you can get in your lifetime.

You need to let us know if you have an overdue Student Loan repayment obligation

We compare records with Inland Revenue, so we'll check this with them as well.

If your circumstances have changed since the last time you studied (eg, you've had a baby or you now have a partner) what you get could be affected.

When you apply, you'll need to let us know what your new circumstances are and we'll let you know how this will affect your payments.

The Government may have made some changes that could affect whether or not you can get help from us again. When you apply, we'll assess what you can get and let you know the outcome of your application.
