There may be times when we need you to come in and see us or you may like to talk to someone. If so, we can book an in-person or phone appointment for you.
We offer in-person appointments in:
- Whangarei
- Auckland
- Hamilton
- Napier
- Palmerston North
- Wellington
- Nelson
- Christchurch
- Dunedin
- Invercargill.
When we need to book an appointment for you
If you're applying for help with an urgent cost, you may need to have an appointment. It depends on your situation. If you need an appointment, we'll book one for you.
This could be an in-person or phone appointment.
We'll let you know what documents you'll need to bring to your in-person appointment. If it's a phone appointment, we'll let you know how to get them to us.
