Change in childcare hours
If the number of hours your child attends childcare changes, you must tell us straight away as it could affect how much we pay for childcare.
How to tell us
- Complete the Childcare Assistance - Change of circumstances form (you'll need to complete a form for each child)
- Get your childcare provider to sign the form.
- If you or your partner are studying, your education provider will also need to sign it.
- Log in to Connect and upload your form and documents.
If your childcare fees decrease
Email us with 'Childcare & OSCAR Subsidy' as your topic, or call us so we can adjust your payments. If you don't let us know, you may get a debt.
