When you'll be paid and when we're open over Easter 2026.
This year Easter weekend starts on Friday 3 April, and ends on Monday 6 April.
Payment dates
For Easter, the only payment changes is:

Processing times may vary depending on which bank you're with.
Declare your income early
If you declare your income regularly, you need to declare your income before 10pm on Wednesday 1 April 2026.
Our contact centre
Our contact centre will be closed on:
- Good Friday - 3 April
- Easter Monday - 6 April.
Using our online services
You can use MyStudyLink at any time, including public holidays. MyStudyLink is our online service where you can apply and manage your information online. You can use it to do things like:
- declare income for your Student Allowance
- claim course-related costs on your Student Loan
- check the status of your application
- view and update your Student Loan living costs.
